Possible actions during proving

Proving is started by setting
the oven temperature
between 0 - 49°C in Combi mode.

Press "Combi"
The LED lights

The last set oven temperature, time or core temperature flashes
for 5 seconds.
The LED marks the previous steam level in Combi mode*

Press "Time" and select proving time

Press "Oven temperature"
and choose temperature under 40°C

When the button's LED lights,
it isactivated for setting.
The last setting flashes on the display
for 5 seconds.

Set the new value using
the"Setting knob"
when thebutton's LED comes on.

Press "Start"
The LED lights

The displays show
- Actual oven temperature
- Remaining proving time

Cancel proving:

Press "Stop"
The LED goes out.

Proving

NOTE! The oven temperature cannot be set lower than 5°C above the set core temperature.

Setting new values

Start

Proving finished

When the proving time
is finished:
Buzzer sounds.
Time display flashes.

Press "Stop"
The buzzer stops.
The actual oven tempera
ture and time setting
are shown on the displays.

* Applies to Combi (Hot air/Steam), Reheating Gourmet and le Chef.
