Operator information

Before starting work the operator should:
- obtain good knowledge in handling and care.
- localise each warning sign and understand its
purpose.
- carefully read through the safety instructions and
warning texts.

Read the General instructions.

Cleaning

Refer to the description later in the documentation.

When the equipment is not in use

Follow the instructions below when the oven is not used
for long periods.

Press the "On/Off" button. 

Switch off the "Main power switch" (Not  ON  the
oven).

Clean the oven inside and out, as well as its removable
parts. See Cleaning.

Switch of the water supply

Open the door so that air can circulate and in doing
so prevent mould and bad odours developing in the
closed space.
