Setting new values

Start

Cooking finished

Cooling the oven temperature

Press "Oven temperature"

"Time"

or

"Meat probe" 
(core temperature)

When the button's LED lights,
it isactivated for setting.
The last setting flashes on
the display for 5 seconds.

Set the new value using
the "Setting knob"
when the button's LED comes on.

Press "Start"
The LED lights

The displays show:
- Actual oven temperature
- Remaining cooking time
or
- Actual core temperature

When cooking is finished:
The buzzer sounds.
LED goes out.
Cooking stops.
Time display flashes.

Press "Stop"

or

Open the door.
The buzzer stops and
the actual oven temperature
and the time setting or
the actual core temperature
are shown on the displays.

The displays show
- the actual oven temperature
- COOL
Water cooling is activated down to 40 °C.

Possible actions during cooking

NOTE! The oven temperature cannot be set lower than 5°C above the set core temperature.

Cancel cooking:

Press "Stop"

NOTE!
Settings are NOT cancelled
when the door is opened during
cooking.

Cancel cooling:
Press "Cooling".
The fan stops.
The LED goes out.

Water cooling stops if cancelled
when the oven temperature is
over 40°C.

The time display - COOL - dims or
returns to the previous setting.

Press "Cooling"
The fan star ts.
Water cooling starts.

Cooling is accelerated if
the oven door remains
open.
