Conformity of use:
The Video Sender must be used inside only. Avoid humidity or extreme temperatures. Disconnect the unit during
thunderstorms from mains and other connected equipment to avoid damage.
Caution: To reduce risk of electric shock, do not disassemble any part of the video sender system. No user-
serviceable parts are inside. If you spill liquid on it, disconnect the unit from the mains outlet to prevent possible fire or
shock hazard and consult authorized service personnel. Use only the supplied power supplies.
Defective parts must be replaced by original spare parts only and repairs must be done by authorized service
personnel. No guarantee or liability will be accepted for any damage caused due to incorrect use of the equipment
supplied, other than indicated in this owner’s manual.
1. Video Sender
The Video Sender allows to transfer Audio and Video with high quality resolution, even through walls and ceilings, to
another TV, VCR or HiFi system. It includes a transmitter and a receiver, which exchange A/V signals through their
2.4 GHz antennas, without running (additional coax) wires.
There is a second radio transmission system enabling you to control A/V components, such as VCR or Satellite
Receiver, from a remote location.
Before starting the installation, read this user guide completely. In case of difficulty, please contact your dealer.
The VTD33 transmitter sends audio/video signals over the 2.4GHz band to the VR36 receiver. For more convenience,
the system has a remote extender feature, which allows to control any A/V source remotely. For example, you can
change channels on your satellite receiver while viewing in another room. Simply point your original remote control
towards the IR window on the front of your receiver. Depending on the number and thickness of the walls, the range of
(in-house) transmission can be up to 30m, although it can reach 100m in open field.
