APPLIANCE OPERATION
Before the first use wash the dough hooks (6), beaters (5) and blender (7) (see chapter:
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).
NOTE
The attachments (5 or 6) and the shredder (7) cannot be installed in the unit simultaneously.
The built-in lock prevents the attachments (5 or 6) from being installed when the shredder (7)
is installed. Installing the shredder when the attachments (5 or 6) are installed will damage the
lock.
ASSEMBLY
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged, and the switch (2) is set in the position “0”
- Make sure that the attachments (7) are not installed.
- place the dough hooks (6) or beaters (5) in proper sockets on the bottom part of the mixer
(4), photo 2. Attachments need to be assembled in pairs - two dough hooks (6) or two
beaters (5). Assemble the attachments in the order shown in the photo 2.
- Before the operation make sure that all the components were assembled properly.
- Plug in the appliance.
- The mixer starts its operation after a proper speed is selected with the switch (2).
When whisking or mixing is finished, one should:
- Slide the switch (2) to “0” position and unplug the mixer.
- Pull the attachments from the sockets by pressing the button (1).
