This mode display is shown above. Various parameters may be monitored, such as: water
temperature in the water heater; outdoor temperature measured around the outdoor unit;
various measured or set parameters; animated display of heat pump state of operation;
animated display how water is heated – by the heater or the pump.
The Auto mode allows for three sub-modes: heating only by the heat pump; combined heating
with the heat pump and the electric heater and heating only with the electric heater.
The first sub-mode
“HP”
allows heating only with the heat pump. The maximum water heating
temperature in this case is 55°

The second sub-mode
“HP+EL”
allows for combined heating with heat pump and electric
heater with priority to the heat pump, heating until 55°

and then switching for additional
heating with the electric heater. The maximum water heating temperature in this case is 75°

The third sub-mode
“EL”
allows for water heating only with the electric heater. The maximum
water heating temperature in this case is 75°
