Installing the Java Plug-In

Web version

The Web version of the BitStorm L3S Series Device Manager requires a Java plug-in module to operate with

Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer for Windows and Windows NT. You will find this Java module on the

BitStorm L3S CD shipped with your Switch.
To install this module:

Copy the Java plug-in file from the CD to the hard drive of your Windows management station.

Click on the Java icon.

Follow the installation instructions that appear on your screen.

When you launch your browser, the module will automatically be loaded.
