Before first use
• All parts of the blenders are to be thoroughly cleaned for
the first time use (refer to “clean” section of this manual)
•
Take out the desired length of cord from the base and plug
into the electric socket
• The blender is intended for:
- Blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices,
soups, mixed drinks, shakes.
- Mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
- Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food
1. Put the mains plug in the wall socket.
2. Turn the control knob to the required speed setting or
press the ice button.
See the blender table at the end of these instructions for
use for the recommended quantities,speed settings and
processing times.
• Never reach into the jar with your fingers or an object
(e.g. a spatula) while the blender is running.
•
Do not let the appliance run for more than 3 minutes
at a time. If you have not finished processing after 3
minutes, switch the appliance off for one minute before
you let it run again
3. Turn the control knob to the pulse setting several times if
you want to process ingredientsvery briefly.
• Never use the pulse setting longer than a few seconds
at a time.
1. Screw the blender blade unit anticlockwise onto the glass
jug.
2. Mount the glass jug with the blade unit attached to it onto
the motor unit.
3. Put the ingredients in the glass jug.
4. Let hot ingredients cool down before putting them into the
glass jug (max. temperature 80cC/175cF).
5. Insert the measuring cup into the lid.
6. To disassemble the blender, follow the instructions above
in reverse order.
