Wing Gussets
Assemble Wing Gusset Bracket (FX-GUS) and 2 Small
Plates (20018) using the provided bolts (20004).
Place the Wing Gusset Assembly on the inside of the Stinger wing and line it
up with an I-Beam so the I-Beam sits between the 2 Small Plates. Rotate
each Small Plate so it clips onto the I-Beam.
Adjust the Stinger wing so it's 1/2" from
the outside of the Trailer wall. Tighten the
bolts on the Small Plates.

Drill a 9/32" hole through the Stinger
wall and through the Wing Gusset
Bracket. Secure the Wing Gusset
Assembly to the Stinger by inserting
1/4-20 x Hex Bolt (20085) with 1/4 x 1
Fender Washer (20044) through the
Stinger and the bracket, and securing
with 1/4-20 Locknut (20006).
