7. Settings and operation

Close all outputs (Compressor is in operation). Now
pull the control knob (1) on all types. Turn the knob
to the right until the pressure gauge shows the
desired pressure. After adjusting the pressure, the
control knob will be pushed down again. The thread
connectors on the front and rear sides are for the
attachment of pressure gauges. Depending on instal-
lation, the connection opposite must be sealed with a
dummy plug. The scale classification of the pressure
gauge should lie above the value of the ultimate
pressure

Combination conditioning unit:

On the compressor side, installation should take
place in the following order: Filter pressure reducer -
oiler

Fill the oil level indicator window with air tool oil. The
window can also be opened. Fill with oil up to the
outer ribs. The amount of oil flow in the oiler is
adjusted by the adjustment screw (7).
If water builds up in the window, this should be
drained through the drain screw (5, for R 3/8” no pic-
ture). 

8. Cleaning and Maintenance

8.1 Cleaning

Keep the appliance as dust and dirt-free as pos-
sible. Wipe the appliance with a clean cloth or
blast it with compressed air at low pressure.

We recommend cleaning the appliance immedi-
ately after every use.

Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth
and some soft soap, or with detergent. Do not
use cleaning agents or solvents. These may be
aggressive to the plastic parts in the appliance.

8.2 Maintenance

There are no parts inside the equipment which
require additional maintenance.

Dirty oil and oil-water mixtures should be handed
into an appropriate collection point.

8.3 Ordering replacement parts

Please quote the following data when ordering repla-
cement parts:

9. Disposal and recycling

The unit is supplied in packaging to prevent its being
damaged in transit. This packaging is raw material
and can therefore be reused or can be returned to
the raw material system.
The unit and its accessories are made of various
types of material, such as metal and plastic.
Defective components must be disposed of as spe-
cial waste. Ask your dealer or your local council.
