Mount the MUX-8A Record Light

Locate the Record Light in the MUX-8A kit.  Drill a 5/16" hole in the aircraft instrument panel for the

Record Light and mount the light from the front of the aircraft instrument panel.  If you find the Record
Light too bright for night operation, you may want to wire the Record Light's red wire to the aircraft's panel
light rheostat.  Also, you can put a 7.5K ohm 5% 1/4 watt resistor in series with the Record Light's red wire
to dim this light.  The larger the value of the resistor, the dimmer the light will be.
