Gateway 1111 - Millennium IP
11
–
Port:
the 5004 must be used whenever possible so that the network switches/routers will be able to
correctly process the IP audio.
–
PIN state publishing:
it transmits to the network, the status of the PIN input of the unit to be able
to automatically control the client module outputs. There are 3 options: periodically transmit the
current status of the input (REMOTE), always transmit ON or always transmit OFF.
–
RELAY state publishing:
it transmits to the network, the status of the RELAY input of the unit to
be able to automatically control the client module outputs. There are 3 options: periodically transmit
the current status of the input (REMOTE), always transmit ON or always transmit OFF.
–
Input gain:
gain in dB that is analogically applied to the audio input before digitizing. The nominal
value is 6 dB. The nominal audio input is 1.2 VRMS for the XLR input and 3 VRMS with 7.5 V activation
of the PIN input. If the audio level is lower, gain must be applied correspondingly in order to reach
the nominal input value.
The final buttons are used to:
–
Save:
to configure the parameters without rebooting the service. The configured parameters will be
used the next time the unit starts.
–
Save and apply:
to configure the parameters and reboot the service. In the case of the server, the
unit must be rebooted completely and it will take another minute for the changes to take effect.
–
Revert:
deletes the form and returns to previous initial values.
Client work mode
In this work mode the audio-link mode is used independently via the Audio OUT inputs (XLR OUT or
PIN OUT) or linked to a Millennium extension, through a zone module 1306 (XLR OUT).
The audio is streamed over the LAN from a device configured as server. Several clients can be
connected to the same audio channel.
The parameters are:
–
Audio client (ON/OFF):
to stop receiving the audio.
–
Channel number:
selected transmission channel between 1 and 10 (it will transmit in multicast address
239.192.0.X, where X is the channel number).
