Oil mist lubricator
For proper functioning and to maintain the appropriate service life of the pneumatic trimmer, the oil mist
lubricator (filter pressure reducer) must be checked at regular intervals (1 x per week).
8.4
Maintenance
During operation, it is possible that the function can be disrupted, but in most cases, troubleshooting is
relatively easy.
Attention!
All work must be carried out by qualified, instructed
specialist personnel only.

8.4.1
Repair by the customer service
Only qualified persons are authorised to perform repairs. The
EFA Service department of Schmid & Wezel
GmbH
is at your disposal for repairs.
In the event of faults that cannot be clearly localised, the machine should always be returned to
Schmid &
Wezel GmbH
for repair.
Do not repair defective devices on site (in the immediate vicinity of foodstuffs)!
Provide all of the necessary tools and ensure that the work environment is clean.
Warning!
Cutting hazard!
Before carrying out any maintenance work, switch off
the device and disconnect it from the electrical
system or compressed air network!
Remove any condensation and, if necessary, top up with special oil (available from
Schmid & Wezel
GmbH
).
Check the operating pressure (max. 6 bar) at regular intervals,
see Fig. 4
.
