DC & AC mVA/VA
You can choose to measure either DC or AC mVA/VA at this rotary switch position.
•
For currents
greater than 400 mA
make sure you connect the positive current lead to the A 500
mA terminal.
•
For currents
less than 400 mA
you can choose to connect the positive current lead to either of
the current terminals.
This is a combined mVA/VA mode. The meter will automatically change ranges for you as the
measurement requires it.
DC mVA/VA is the default mode at this rotary switch position, but if you have changed the mode
previously to AC mVA/VA then the meter will remember your choice, so you may have to select the
mode again by pressing
