CMDN Configuration Program Files
The following files exist when the program is copied onto the hard
disk, or when the program is run from the floppy disk:
CMDN.BAT
A batch file used to set up the printing process and initiate the
CMDNPGM.EXE program.
CMDNPGM.EXE
The executable CMDN configuration program file.
README.TXT
An ASCII text file containing the latest program notes. This file is
readable using any text editor.
OVL Directory:
Overlay files used by the CMDNPGM.EXE program.
TEMPLATE.TXT (found in OVL directory)
A file which holds the basic formatting information for the message
report.
CONVERT.EXE
The CONVERT.EXE program allows the conversion of existing IRC-3
data entry files (FILENAME.N) or DCPU message files to CMDN
database files. Refer to Section 6.10 for additional information about
this utility program.
The following files are created when a CMDN network is programmed:
FILENAME.PRJ
Contains data on specific project & host system.
FILENAME. Sxx
The FILENAME.Sxx contains the overall network configuration
information for each CMDN Display. "FILENAME" is replaced with
the Current Project Filename, as entered in the configuration program.
FILENAME.Dxx
The FILENAME.Dxx files contain the display configuration
information for each CMDN display. "FILENAME" is replaced with
the Current Project Filename, as entered in the configuration program.
"xx" is automatically replaced with the address of each individual
CMDN display.
FILENAME.Mxx
The FILENAME.Dxx files contain the message information for each
CMDN display. "FILENAME" is replaced with the Current Project
Filename, as entered in the configuration program. "xx" is
automatically replaced with the address of each individual CMDN
display.
