The Edscha Trailer Systems sliding and fixed roofs and its operating
components are exclusively manufactured for use in truck-specific
transport operations in accordance with applicable instructions. Any
usage not in conformity with the applicable instructions is considered
a misuse. No liability will be assumed by the manufacturer for this;
the user alone bears the full risk. The “intended usage” also includes
the observance of the operation, care and maintenance instructions,
as prescribed by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer, European Trailer Systems
GmbH, is discharged from any liability if:
• the Edscha Trailer Systems sliding and fixed roof and its
component parts are modified arbitrarily;
• Edscha-TS original parts are are replaced with other
components;
• the Edscha Trailer Systems sliding and fixed roof as well as
its operating components are used and serviced without
complying with the valid Edscha Trailer Systems guidelines
Rules and regulations of the respective
country must be respected
Before starting the journey, the roof must be in
spected for any visible damages or possible wear and
tear.
Defective or worn parts must be replaced immediately with
original Edscha Trailer Systems parts.
