3. Switching Channel
Optimuss OS offers various channel zapping methods. You can switch the current channel by pressing
• Up/Down button
: If you press Up or Down , channel selection
menu appears. You can move up and down to
select the channel that you want to tune into.
• Left/Right button
: If you press Left or Right, the previous or
subsequent channel of the current channel is
tuned in.
• Channel Up/Down key
: If you press CH Up/Down key, this will call up /down channel.
• Channel Number
: Enter a channel number, and it will instantly tune into the channel.
NOTE : If channel change is not done, it is probably because the selected channel is encrypted and
you do not have a proper smartcard.
4. Controlling the volume
The /- buttons control the volume of the audio. Pressing
+ will make turn it up and pressing - will turn it down.
Pressing the MUTE button mutes the volume. A crossed speaker symbol will appear on the screen.
5. TV/Radio switching
Pressing the TV/RADIO button activates the TV/RADIO Mode.
6. Program Information (Infobar)
The Infobar appears and disappears by pressing the OK button once, if no OSD menu is shown on your
screen or when you change channels. The Infobar shows all necessary Information about the selected
service
