Troubleshooting

1.

 

With the UA-101 disconnected, start up Windows.
You must disconnect all USB cables except those for a USB keyboard and 
USB mouse (if used).

Uninstall.

Follow the instructions in the dialog box to uninstall the driver.

If you are unable to delete the driver as described above, you can use Uninstal.exe 
(found in the Driver folder of the CD-ROM) to delete the driver.
