Cleaning the Infrared Burner(s)
The most effective way to clean your infrared burner(s) is to allow it to burn on the HIGH setting for
five to 10 minutes. The infrared burner achieves high temperatures and will burn off most food and
debris.
You may also use a wire brush to scrub away hardened grease and debris. You may remove each
infrared burner from the firebox using the instructions on the prior page. Cotter pins must be removed
from the cast pegs.
