SPARK DETECTORS installed on duct
Spark detector is not installed directly over the duct but through the SAM-871
mounting frame which
isolates it
from the duct itself.
Spark detector is put inside the SAM-871 mounting frame and it sees the duct
internal through two optical windows. Whatever situation will happen inside the
duct does not go externally.
In order to assure the isolation, we strongly recommend the installer to follow the
mounting instructions on pages MASP 9-10 of the application manual.
Obviously the installer must take care that mounting operations and related
accessories will guarantee the perfect isolation.
