The EcoSunTec Infrared Moist Air Purifying Space Heaters
come equipped with a lifetime washable filter. The filter
needs to be cleaned regularly. To do this, follow these
steps:

CLEAN THE AIR PURIFYING FILTER
Cleaning the filter is critical.

1) Turn off the heater. Allow the heater to cool at least 10
minutes. Then unplug the heater.
2) To remove the filter from the back of the heater grasp the
filter at the bottom and push up on the filter against the
springs at the top, then lift it straight out and over the
brackets that hold the filter in.
3) Clean the dust from the filter with a vacuum cleaner brush
attachment or run warm tap water over the filter in the
opposite direction of air flow.
4) For deeper cleaning soak the filter in water mixed with a
small amount of mild dish soap AND RINSE THOROUGHLY.
