mm spacer between the tube and plate. The flat 
area on the tube can be turned by a 10mm wrench. 

Tighten. 

 
 

Place the spring over the pivot tube. Insert the slotted 

screw and replace the spacers and washers. Attach the 
tensioner arm to the screw and tighten.  

 

Finally,  place the arms of the spring as shown in photo 
14 so that the tensioner is below the mid-freewheel and 

wants to rotate in a clockwise direction. 

 

Step 5: Install the front chain. 

 

1) Use the chain you removed in step 2 as the 

front chain.
