Exchange canister of dosing agent
Replace dosing agent canister:
NOTICE!
To ensure an uninterrupted supply to the system, you should replace the
canister in good time and, if necessary, keep others in reserve.
CAUTION!
Whenever canisters are changed, the person responsible must ensure that
the cap is correctly screwed on and that any leaked liquid is immediately
removed professionally.
1.
Open and remove the security lock, if present, on the canister cover.
2.
Lift canister lid off and outwards out of the console.
3.
Pull the suction lance out of the canister.
Make sure that no residual dosing agent drips onto the floor or wipe it up again
immediately with a suitable cloth.
4.
The dosing container (canister) is supplied with a pre-drilled lid suitable for the
suction lance. This lid is to be replaced with the original sealing lid of the dosing
container.
5.
Place the new canister in the middle of the base plate.
6.
Insert the suction lance through the hole in the canister lid into the dosing container
until the foot valve touches the container base.
7.
Slide the canister cover onto the brackets from above.
8.
We recommend protecting the canister cover from unauthorised access with a
suitable lock.
9.
Perform two or three pump operations to refill the hose system.
When the pump dispenser is open, no unintended triggering of a pump operation is
possible (the ON/OFF switch is deactivated).
