Chapter 3: Using the Phone

 

7. Once the second call has been established, tap

 

      Join to start a conference call.

 

8. When the conference call begins, the screen

 

      displays the call duration. Video from other call

 

      participants are displayed to the right, in the order

 

      the participant joined the conference. Your video is

 

      displayed below the other participants to the left.

 

9. Tap Add Call to add another video call into the

 

      conference.

 

NOTE:

 

• The call participants have the option to remove video during a video call

 

    conversation and down the video call to a voice call.

 

• A participant in a voice conference can upgrade an existing voice

 

    conference call to a video conference call.

 

• If the conference host is in voice mode, all users will not have the option to

 

    upgrade to video conferencing.

 

• If the user is hosting a video conference with 4 existing participants, the user

 

    can add two more participants on voice only.

 

• The calling party makes an voice call and adds video to it during the voice

 

    call conversation. The receiving party chooses the voice option and receives

 

    a notification that the calling party has upgraded to a video call. The

 

    receiving party can later upgrade to a video call.
