Chapter 2: The Basics
Searching for Contacts
On the Contacts screen, do any of the following to easily search for contacts:

In the search box, type the first few letters of the
contact to search, or tap Menu > Search. The list is
filtered as you type.
Tap an alphabetical index to view contacts that start
with the letter. For example, to view names that
start with “k”, tap “k” and the list of contacts will be
displayed.

Displaying Contacts
If you have many contacts, you can set the contact display options to filter which
contacts to show.
1. Tap Application Launcher > Contacts.
2. Tap Menu > Display Options.
3. Enabling Only contacts with phones will display
only contacts with phone numbers.
4. Sort and view your contact list by Given name or
Last name.
5. Under Choose contacts to display, your Yes ID
account as well as other mail service accounts,
such as Yahoo or Google, that you have added to
the Eclipse, are displayed here.
