Symptom
:
Pressure control button broken in the “on” position and system will not
depressurize.
Cause:
Damaged/faulty pressure control switch
Solution:
Turn off supply air. Disconnect PTC tube fitting to exhaust valve. This will
automatically relieve tank pressure.
Replace pressure control switch before using the blaster again!
Symptom
:
Air is coming out of exhaust valve when vessel is pressurized.
Cause:
Blown exhaust valve gasket
Solution:
Replace exhaust valve gasket.
