VAPOR BLASTING &
WASHDOWN PROCEDURES
The ECO-100 is designed to inject
water at the tip of the Vapor-Flex
nozzle to suppress dust and to cool
surfaces during the surface
preparation process.
If running water is not accessible or
a rust inhibitor needs to be added to
the water (for steel surface
preparation), use the ECO-100 Water
Pump.
The ECO-100 is fitted with a garden
hose connection and requires a
standard garden hose with house
pressure water (60-80 PSI) to carry the
water to the tip of the Vapor-Flex
nozzle.
