Normally, the dose memory will start working again
after your next injection. If not, contact Novo Nordisk
at 1-800-727-6500 to get a new pen. You can still use
the pen for insulin delivery without using the dose
memory.

The dose memory
has not registered
your last injection.

Pull out the dose button then push it back in to
activate the dose memory. If the display stays blank,
the battery is dead. Contact Novo Nordisk at
1-800-727-6500 to get a new pen. You can still use
your pen for insulin delivery until you get a new one.
