Appendix E: PureWave and SuperChannel
It is not always possible to Update on the fly. If you attempt to update on the fly
and it fails you will see this message:
In either case, just close down any open applications and restart your computer and
everything will work properly.
For Windows Me, you will need to reboot for your changes to take effect.
Known issues
In some cases only the first six channels of a device set to Super Channel greater
than six will play back.
The Windows volume control application does not work when devices are using
Super Channel.
