STOPPING THE ENGINE
• Release throttle trigger and allow engine to idle.
• Move the control lever to “STOP” position.
PRE CUTTING TEST
• Familiarize yourself with your chain saw before you
start actual cutting.
• For this purpose it may be wise to practice by cutting
some small logs or limbs several times.
• Do not allow either people or animals into the work
area. Multiple operators - Keep a safe distance
between two or more operators when working together
simultaneously.

ANHALTEN
• Gashebel loslassen und warten bis der Motor im
Standgas läuft.
• Den Betätigungshebel in die STOP-Stellung bringen.
ANMERKUNG
Sollte der Motor nicht ausgehen, den
Betätigungshebel in die “Kaltstart” Stellung bringen
um den Motor zu stoppen.
Den Zündschalter prüfen und reparieren, bevor Sie
den Motor wieder anlassen.
ARBEITSVORBEREITUNG
• Machen Sie sich mit dem Umgang Ihrer Kettensäge
vertraut, bevor Sie zu sägen beginnen.
• Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie dazu einige Äste
zersägen.
• Menschen oder Tieren ist der Aufenthalt in Ihrer
Arbeitsumgebung untersagt. Sollten mehrere
gleichzeitig sägen, immer einen gewissen
Sicherheitsabstand einhalten.

NOTE
If engine does not stop, slide control lever to “Cold
start” position to stop engine.
Check and repair ignition switch before starting the
engine again.

PARADA DEL MOTOR
• Suelte el gatillo del acelerador y deje el motor al ralentí.
• Lleve la palanca de control a la posición STOP (parada).
PRUEBA ANTES DEL CORTE
• Familiarícese con su motosierra antes de empezar a
cortar realmente.
• Para ello puede que sea inteligente practicar
cortando algunos pequeños troncos o ramas varias
veces.
• No deje que personas o animales entren dentro del
área de trabajo.
• Usuarios múltiples: Mantenga una distancia de
seguridad entre dos o más usuarios cuando trabajen
juntos simultáneamente.
NOTA
Si el motor no se parara, deslice la palanca de control
a la posición "Arranque en frío" (Cold start) para parar
el motor. Compruebe y repare el interruptor de
encendido antes de volver a arrancar el motor.
