360° Strobe:

1. This procedure can be done without removing the internal fresnel lens.

2. Reach inside the fresnel lens and squeeze outer tabs of the flash tube and pull the flash tube up and out.

3. Replace the flash tube with an ECCO p/n R6501FT. Do not touch the glass with bare hands.

4. Noting the alignment feature on the flash tube and its receptacle, insert the new flash tube into the receptacle until in snaps

    into place.

5. Power up, and test the system before replacing lenses.

Directional Strobes:

1. Remove the high-voltage cable to the strobe at the back of reflector. The connection is a simple snap-fit connection.

2. Twist the strobe tube assembly upwards toward the unlocked position (see graphic on the back of the reflector).

3. Pull the assembly out the back side of the reflector.

4. Replace the strobe assembly with an ECCO p/n R9000FT. Do not touch the glass with bare hands.

5. Put the strobe assembly into the back of the reflector and twist into the locked position.

6. Reconnect the high-voltage cable.

7. Power up, and test the system before replacing lenses.

Directional Flasher:

1. Facing the front of the reflector, push the bulb in slightly, and twist counter-clockwise.

2. Pull the bulb out.

3. In a reverse motion from steps 1 and 2, replace the bulb with a 12V, 50W Halogen 795 type bulb (ECCO replacement p/n 

    R5012BH). Do not touch the glass with bare hands.

4. Power up, and test the system before replacing lenses.

Stop / Tail / Turn Lights:

1. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws from the front side of the stop/tail/turn light. This will cause entire 

    assembly to become loose.

2. Remove the red lens cover from the light.

3. Twist and remove the bulb.

4. In a reverse motion from steps 3, replace the bulb with a 12V, #1157, 32/3 CP bulb.  Do not touch the glass with bare hands.

5. Replace the red lens.

6. Insert the screws into the holes and drive them all the way through the bracket. Seat the screws snugly.

7. Power up, and test the system before replacing lenses.

Work Lights:

1. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws from both sides of the work light. Remove the black retaining cover. 

    The internal reflector will become loose.

2. From the back side of the internal reflector, remove the bulb retaining screw. Note the attachment of the black ground wire 

    so it can be re-assembled in the same manner.

3. Separate the bulb wire spade connector.

4. Replace the bulb with a 12V, 55W, H3, halogen bulb with wire.  Do not touch the glass with bare hands.

5. Reverse steps 1, 2, and 3 to re-assemble the work light.

6. Power up, and test the system before replacing lenses.

DOT Lights:

1. The DOT lights are LED lights and should not burn out. In the event of DOT light failure, contact ECCO for replacement 

    instructions.

Check for loose connection or damaged wires between motor and lamp

Return to ECCO
