1 GND - Module ground
2 VCC -
Positive reference for module power supply, voltage range: 3.0 to
3.6 VDC
3 AUX Output
Used to indicate module operating status; user wakes up external
MCU and outputs low during power-up self-test initialization;
(can be left hanging)
4 TXD Output TTL serial output, connected to the external RXD input pin.
5 RXD Input TTL serial input, connected to the external TXD output pin.
6 M1
Input (very
weak pull-up)
In conjunction with M0, determines the 4 modes of operation of
the module (not suspended, grounded if not in use)
7 M0
Input (very

In conjunction with M1, determines the 4 modes of operation of
the module (not overhead, grounded if not in use)
11 ANT Output
Antenna interface (high frequency signal output, 50 Ohm
characteristic impedance)
