I. DEVICE INFORMATION AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

Intended use

• 

This column fan is intended for domestic use only. It is not intended for heavy, commercial or 

industrial use and is not suitable for outdoor use.

Warning! Do not use outdoors. Only use the device indoors and in accordance with the specified 

specifications. Improper use can be dangerous and lead to serious injuries.

• 

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, 

sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given 

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. 

Always supervise children near the appliance. Make sure that children do not play with the device.

• 

Use this device only as described in the manual. Any other use is not recommended by the 

manufacturer and may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

• 

The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

Power cord and plug

• 

Do not replace the electric cord yourself. If the cord is damaged, it is forbidden to use the device.

• 

Do not cover the power cord with carpets, tablecloths, etc. Keep the cord away from sharp edges 

and hot surfaces.

• 

Do not twist or wrap the power cord around the device.

• 

Make sure that the power cord does not hang over the edge. This can lead to accidental

• 

pulling the cord and tipping over the fan, resulting in damage to the device or causing a health 

hazard to the user.

• 

Do not carry the device by the cord. Hold the handle to move it to another location. Always 

disconnect the device from the power supply before moving it.

• 

To disconnect the device, first turn it off with the button on the control panel, then pull the plug out 

of the wall socket. Never remove the plug from the socket by pulling the power cord. To disconnect, 

hold the rubber part of the plug.

• 

Do not touch the plug or cord with wet hands.

• 

Before connecting the device for the first time, check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate 

corresponds to your local mains voltage.

• 

Always unplug the device before cleaning and when not in use.

• 

Children must not clean and maintain the device.

• 

Never use the device if you notice any damage to the device or the power cord, after a breakdown, 

after the device has been dropped or damaged in any other way.

Attention! Never put your fingers or any objects into the air inlet or outlet.

In such a situation, there is a risk of personal injury due to electric shock and risk of damage to the 

device.

• 

Do not sit, stand or lean on the device. Do not place any objects on the device.

• 

The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer is not allowed.

• 

Do not leave the working device unattended.

• 

Do not use the device in a  room where flammable gases or vapors are present. Do not store 

flammable liquids, paints, gas canisters and similar materials in the immediate vicinity of the device. 

In such a situation there is a risk of explosion or fire!

• 

Do not expose the device to rain, do not use it near swimming pools and water tanks, in the 

bathroom, laundry room or other damp place. Do not place vases or similar objects filled with liquids 

near the device.
