Parameter setting method: use the special wrench to open the top
cover, set the communication protocol, baud rate and address by
using SW1, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6 on the PCB.

2.3.3.1 Settings of SW1
Confirm the communication protocol and baud rate adopted by
the controller, then modify the settings according to the table as
below, at last restart or reboot remotely.

Protocol setting
PELCO-P, PELCO-D, VICON protocols can be used. PELCO-P and
PELCO-D protocol can be set directly by SW1. For VICON protocol,
the following instructions shall be followed: turn on the 8th switch,
which means start remote control, restart or reboot remotely after
setting; then adjust the baud rate, protocol and address according
to the indication; use 95# preset bit to enter <control> menu and
<RS485>sub menu, set the protocol to VICON protocol.

2.3.3.2 Address setting (SW3, SW4, SW5)
Decimal encoding scheme is adopted in this product: hundred’s
digit(SW4), ten’s digit(SW5) and unit’s digit(SW3); address
range:0~255. The address is usually set on finished products, if
adjustment required, modify the settings then restart or reboot the
unit remotely to make the modification validate.
Eg. If the address of the explosion-proof integrated camera is 64:
set Sw4 at 0, SW5 at 6, SW3 at 4.
