If emergency stop devices are connected in series, the performance
level as defined in DIN EN 13849-1 may become lower due to reduced
fault detection capabilities.
When using emergency stop applications, it is required for the overall
system to be validated as specified in EN ISO 13849-2.
Bei Hintereinanderschaltungen von NOT-AUS-Geräten kann sich der
Performance-Level nach DIN EN 13849-1 auf Grund verringerter
Fehlererkennung reduzieren.
Bei Verwendung von NOT-AUS-/NOT-HALT-Applikationen ist
grundsätzlich eine Validierung der Gesamtanlage nach EN ISO 13849-2
erforderlich.
