Use the “+” and/or
“-“ arrow keys to set
the desired Phase
MTA. The MTA is
the angle between
the phase current
and reference
voltage in case of a
short circuit. This
angle is needed to
determine the fault
direction if a short
circuit occurs.
Press the “OK” soft
key to save the
setting.
If the parameter has
been changed and
after the User
presses the “OK”
soft key, an asterisk
will appear next to
the changed
parameter.
To save the parameter
change, press the
“OK” soft key again
(see Section 2: Saving
Parameters.
Use the left arrow
key to return to the
“Direction” menu.
The other
parameters that can
be set under the
“Direction” menu
are:

IR Dir Cntrl;
•
IX Dir Cntrl:
•
3V0 Source; and
•
Ground MTA.
