7. Remove pin from the pump, place pump handle onto

pump shaft as shown and place pin through holes.

8. Place top of handle on to the handle, insert 2 bolts and

tighten securely.

9A. If the Gas Spring Lockout was ordered, unlock the gas

spring by pulling the plunger.

9B. If the Gas Spring Lockout was not ordered, remove

the bolt from the lower part of the cylinder on the mast as

shown, discard bolt.
