Fill water tank
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING!

Do not over
fi
ll the water tank! Fill the water tank with a maximum of 800 ml.
1. Remove the lid (

2. Fill the water tank (

) with cold tap water.
3. Set the lid on the device.
Some of the water will run out of the water tank into a water tray (

) under the lamella
insert (

). The lamella insert will then soak up the water.
Set up and connect the device
1. Place the device on a dry, level, solid and moisture-resistant surface with a clearance
of at least 30 cm above and on all sides.
2. Plug the coaxial power connector on the adapter into the connection socket (

) on
the back of the device.
3. Plug the adapter into a properly installed, easily accessible wall outlet. The operating
light (

) will illuminate red. The device is in standby mode.
Usage
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING!

Do not leave the device running unattended, so as to be able to intervene immedi-
ately if there is a malfunction.
1. Fill the water tank (

) (see the “Fill water tank” chapter).
2. Connect the device (see the “Set up and connect the device” chapter).
3. Turn on the desired functions (see the “Feature overview” chapter).
Please note
the following:
The operating light (

) will go out as soon as a function is activated.
4. Adjust the position of the ventilation screen if needed when using the cooling function.
5. To switch the device to standby mode, press the
button (

) on the
control panel (

) or on the remote control. All indicator lights (

) will go out and
the operating light will illuminate red.
6. To turn the device back on, press the
button on the control panel or on the remote
control again.
Please note the following:
The device does not have a memory
function, meaning that if the device was in standby, all functions will have to be
reactivated again.
7. If the device is not going to be used any more, unplug the adapter from the socket
and remove the coaxial power connector from the connection socket (

) on the
device.
