a) Starting and Manually Stopping Your Robot
1. Move start/stop button (10-Fig. 2) to the 1 position (start).
2. Put the robot onto the floor in the area you want to clean. It will automatically start after three seconds.
3. When you want to stop your robot, pick it up off the floor. It will automatically stop after three seconds.
4. Move start/stop button (10-Fig. 2) to the 0 position (stop).
Note:
At any time, you can manually move your robot by pointing the remote towards the infrared receiver
(1-Fig. 2) and pressing one of the four arrow buttons (2-Fig. 5). The cleaning cycle will automatically pick up
where it left off.
b) Starting and Stopping Your Robot Using the Remote
1. Move start/stop button (10-Fig. 2) to the 1 position (start).
2. Put the robot on its automatic charging station. The LED indicator (1-Fig. 2) will flash blue to indicate that the
device is charging.
3. Press the remote’s
button while pointing it at the infrared receiver (1-Fig. 2) to start a cleaning cycle. The
robot will emit a beep to confirm it is starting. The robot will automatically return to its station when the clean-
ing cycle is finished or when its battery is low. You can stop your robot at any time by pressing the remote’s
button (the robot will beep twice to confirm) or telling it to return to its station by pressing the remote’s
button (the robot will emit a beep to confirm).
c) Automatically Starting Your Robot After it Recharges
1. Make sure the robot is charging on the charging station.
2. Press the auto start button (4-Fig. 3) on the charging station. The auto start LED indicator (9-Fig. 3) will light
up in green. The robot will automatically start a cleaning cycle when the battery is fully charged. The robot will
automatically return to its station when the cleaning cycle is finished or when its battery is low. You can stop
your robot at any time by pressing the remote’s
button or telling it to return to its station by pressing the
remote’s
button.
d) Programming a Cleaning Cycle to Start Automatically
Note:
you must set the clock before programming an auto start.
1. Press the remote’s
button to turn on the LCD screen.
2. Press the
button to go into clock programming mode.
3. The two numbers will be flashing. Use the
and
buttons on the remote to adjust the auto start time.
4. Press the
button to confirm and move to adjusting the minutes. Use the
and
buttons to adjust
the auto start minutes.
5. For each day of the week (1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, 3 = Wednesday, 4 = Thursday, 5 = Friday, 6 = Saturday, 7 =
Sunday), press the
button to set auto start on that specific day or press the
button to go to the next
day.
6. When the seven days have been programmed, press the
button to save the settings while pointing the
remote at the infrared sensor (1-Fig. 2). The robot will emit a beep to confirm programming has been saved.
e) Programming a Cleaning Cycle’s Duration
1. Press the remote’s
button to turn on the LCD screen.
2. Press the remote’s
button to confirm the cycle duration currently selected.
3. Press the remote’s
button again to select the desired duration (1 = 30 minutes, 2 = 60 minutes, 3 = 100
minutes). Each time you press the button, the robot emits a beep to confirm a change to the duration.
f) Programming Cleaning Mode
1. Press the remote’s
button to turn on the LCD screen. The screen will display the current cleaning mode.
2. Press the remote’s
button again to select the desired cleaning mode. Each time you press the button, the
robot emits a beep to confirm a change to the mode.
