IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Switch the torch off before inserting batteries.

• Do not mix old and new batteries.

• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. All batteries

should be identical.

• To avoid explosion or leakage do not dispose of batteries in fire or attempt to recharge a standard or

alkaline battery.

• Be sure to insert batteries with the correct polarities and always follow the batteries manufacturer’s

instructions.

• Remove batteries and store them in a cool and dry place when not in use, or if the torch is not used

for long periods.

• Always remove old and dead batteries from the product.

• The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
