Children may not play with the sewing machine. Cleaning
and user maintenance must not be performed by
unsupervised children.
− Keep children under the age of eight away from the
sewing machine and power cord.
− Do not leave the sewing machine unattended while in use.
− Do not leave children unattended near the sewing machine.
− Make sure that children do not play with any plastic
wrapping or small parts. They may get caught in the
wrapping when playing and suffocate and/or swallow
small parts and choke.
WARNING!
Danger of explosion or leakage!
Batteries that have been inserted improperly may leak and
cause a fire or explosion.
− Only replace the batteries with the same or equivalent
battery type.
− Always change the entire set of batteries. Never mix old
and new batteries or batteries with different charges.
− When inserting batteries, ensure that the polarity is correct
(positive [+] and negative [–]).
− Never expose batteries to excessive heat, for example direct
sunlight or fire. Do not throw batteries in an open fire.
− Never disassemble batteries, do not short circuit them and
do not recharge batteries that are not rechargeable.
− Remove dead batteries from the sewing machine
promptly.
