24. Ok?: Press to verify programming.
25. Save: Press to save program.
26. Zero Position: Press to set "0" position of machine.
Warning: Automatic spreading will use this position to
calculate the spread length.
27. Reset Count: Press to reset plies spread to zero.
28. Stop: Push to stop machine when in automatic mode.
29. Main Drive On: Connects power to main drive motor.
30. Indicator Light: Indicates when main power (32) is
activated.
31. Indicator Light: Indicates when main power READY
(29) is activated.
32. Main Power: Activates main power. Pull on, push
off.
33. Circuit Breaker, 15 Amp: Motor protection.
34. Circuit Breaker, 15 Amp: Motor protection.
35. Circuit Breaker, 2 Amp: Elevator motor protection.
36. Circuit Breaker, 2 Amp: Edge control protection.
Machine controlds
37. Cloth Alignment Arms: Adjust to hold fabric roll in
place.
38. Edge Control Actuator: Open to disengage edge con-
trol; close to engage edge control.
39. Feed Interrupt Handle: Press to add tension to fabric
while spreading (stops cradle feeding).
40. Bi-Directional Throttle: For manual spreading, con-
trols direction and speed of machine. Also may be used
as an emergency stop in automatic spreading by twist-
ing and releasing.
Interrupt Feed Panel
41. Interrupt Feed: Press to add tension to fabric while
spreading.
42. Edge Control: Same as #14 above.
43. Knifebox Door: Manual control to operate knifebox.
Press to clamp fabric. Press to cut fabric.
Cradle Control Panel
44. Feed On/Feed Off: Sets cradle feed to automatic
mode.
45. Cradle Direction: Controls manual cradle feeding.
Press to manually feed fabric
46. Auto Speed/Auto Rewind: Sets cradle direction when
feed is in "Feed On" position.
47. Manual Speed: Sets manual speed of cradle.
48. Tension Control: Turn clockwise to slow rate of cradle
feed (increase tension). Turn counterclockwise to in-
crease rate of feed (decrease tension). Dial indicates
setting of control so it may be returned to same position
when spreading similar material.
Cradle Load Control Panel
49. 5 Amp Circuit Breaker: Load/unload protection.
50. 5 Amp Circuit Breaker: Load/unload protection.
51. Red Light Power: Indicates power to loader circuit.
52. Green Ready Light: Indicates cradle platform is cen-
tered and cradle is ready to open/close.
53. On/Off: Power to cradle load circuit.
54. Open/Close: Press to open/close cradle.
