PIZZA OVEN
OWNER’S MANUAL
Pour the ignited particles into the fuel chamber, remove the feeding
shovel, and place it in a safe location to prevent potential burns to
individuals or objects.
3
(Ignition Phase) Verify the presence of a flame in the chamber from the
front door position. The flame is getting stronger indicates successful
ignition. At this stage, open the chimney cover and close the door to
ensure a thorough ignition of the fuel chamber. Allow 5-10 minutes
before opening the door to observe the chamber. A bright, elongated
flame covering over 70% of the fuel confirms successful ignition.
4
Wait 5-10
minutes
(Preheating Phase) Post successful ignition, add 2-3 scoops of fuel
and continue the preheating for 10-15 minutes with the door closed.
No further fuel is needed during this phase as the existing chamber
contents sustain a burn time of 15-20 minutes. Once preheating
concludes, begin cooking pizza. For higher temperatures, extend
closed-door preheating time and add 2 scoops of fuel every 10 minutes.
5
warm up for
10-15 minutes
(Pizza Baking Phase)
With preheating completed, the oven is ready for
cooking. Open the door, position the pizza inside, and rotate it using a
tray for uniform heating. If a substantial flame is present when the door
is open, there's no need for additional fuel. Wait for the flame to diminish
before adding more fuel.
