Troubleshooting
The LED strip lights constantly red
Disconnect the charging cable. If one of the LEDs in the status indicator
turns white, reconnect the charging cable. If charging does not start and
the light turns red again, this indicates a possible fault on the charging
cable or electric car.
The LED strip lights red and you hear a sound from the speaker
in the Charging robot
The installer has incorrectly connected the wires. Connect it in accordance
with the installation guide provided and try again.
The LED strip pulses red
This is because the charger robot has become too hot. This may be due to
an ambient temperature that is above 40 degrees or an internal fault in the
charging robot. If it does not stop pulsing red after a while, consult your
distributor or with us at Easee.
Does not charge / offline
If the charging robot does not start charging when plugging in the
connector or if you do not get in touch with the charger via your app (the
charger is offline). Power cycle (Turn the circuit breaker off and back on)
to reset the power to the charger and try again. If your problem persists,
consult your distributor or with us at Easee.
