Replacement of wear parts should only be performed by a certified E-TWOW tech -
nician.
Self-tightening nuts as well as the other self-tightening fastenings may lose their
efficiency and they may need to be retightened.
The tightening standard of the screws is 20 N/m but it is only used for the screws
that hold the fixed parts of the scooter.
Screws or nuts that are part of the scooter’s adjusting elements are only accessi -
ble to technicians from E-TWOW authorized service centers. Please contact your
nearest service dealer. To locate the nearest dealer, visit the Dealer Locator page at

If you want to replace some components of the scooter at your own risk, you can
contact an E-TWOW representative to purchase components or accessories.
