bit 0 = writing via web server permitted. Allows changing of
parameters via the server even when the bus connec-
tion is active.
bit 1
True: In the event of a fieldbus interruption, the status of the
load outputs is maintained.
False: In the event of a fieldbus interruption, all load outputs
will be set to the status OFF.
bit 2 = power saving mode, the LEDs will be dimmed for
power reduction.
bit 3 = reserve
bit 4 = reserve
bit 5 = reserve
bit 6 = reserve
bit 7 = reserve
If not described otherwise, »True« means that the function is
active.

Class ID = 100, Instance ID = 1 and Attribute ID = 3
