Care and maintenance
Prior to performing any maintenance work on the pump, you must disconnect the pump
from the electricity (pull the plug from the socket) and ensure that the pump does not
start up. With the exception of the situations described below, the pump must be sent
to customer service for repair. Sand and other abrasive substances lead to premature
wear and reduce the pump output. Work on the electric components of the pump may
only be carried out by customer service (this also applies to the electrical cable and the
floater). The immersion pump is practically maintenance-free. The bearings are self-
lubricating. It is sufficient to clean the filter basis occasionally. Further maintenance work
is not required. However, only original replacement parts may be used.
