Never throw the batteries in the fire, because they can explode.

Always switch the appliance off after use, and in case of longer storage remove the batteries from the battery
holder.

Special care must be taken of the arm cuff of the blood pressure monitor; it must not be crushed, bent or have
force applied to it.

The appliance is intended only for adults and for human use, and it can only be used as specified in the
instruction manual.

or any other known illnesses.
Important information!
We have to advise you that although the appliance outputs very precise measured values, the
values can only considered as informative data by which you can check the condition of your
health, or in the case of persons under medical treatment, it can be used for regular self-checking
of the blood pressure at home. The pressure gauge will provide precise values only if used as
specified in the user’s manual. Should you happen to measure a blood pressure differing from the
normal, healthy pressure, or if you have any doubt in respect of the measured value, please have
your blood pressure checked by a specialist doctor for diagnostic purposes, so that you can control
the value measured by the appliance. We recommend that you take the appliance with you and
ask for the advice of the doctor.
• Do not use the appliance near to appliances emitting electromagnetic waves (e.g. mobile phones or
microwave ovens). They can disturb the appliance resulting in faulty measurement and incorrect values.
Please keep this instruction manual. If you give the appliance to anyone else, you must give them
this instruction manual, too!
