Maintaining

Cleaning your mini audio shelf system

To prevent fire or shock hazard, disconnect your mini audio shelf system 
from the AC power source when cleaning.

The finish on your mini audio shelf system may be cleaned with a dust cloth 
and cared for as other furniture. Use caution when cleaning and wiping the 
plastic parts.

Specifications

No sound or low 
volume in Bluetooth 
mode.

•

Make sure that your Bluetooth device is turned on, Bluetooth is turned on, 
and “DX-SH115” is selected.

•

Turn up the volume on your mini audio shelf system.

•

Turn up the volume on your Bluetooth device.

•

Make sure that your Bluetooth is not muted.

•

Make sure that your mini audio shelf system is in Bluetooth mode.

•

Make sure that there is no audio cable connected to your mini audio shelf 
system.

•

Make sure that your mini audio shelf system is not paired with another 
Bluetooth device.

•

Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not paired with another Bluetooth 
device.

Cannot establish a 
Bluetooth 
connection.

•

Shorten the distance between your mini audio shelf system and your 
Bluetooth device.

•

Turn you devices off, then on. Re-pair your mini audio shelf system and your 
Bluetooth device.

•

Make sure that your mini audio shelf system is not paired with another device.

•

Make sure that your mini audio shelf system and Bluetooth device are both in 
pairing mode.

•

Make sure that your Bluetooth device is not connected to any other device.

•

Make sure that you have selected “DX-SH115” on your Bluetooth device.

My Bluetooth device 
keeps unpairing.

•

Shorten the distance between your mini audio shelf system and the Bluetooth 
device.

•

If the battery on your Bluetooth device is low, recharge the battery.

“DX-SH115” does 
not appear on my 
Bluetooth device.

•

Shorten the distance between your mini audio shelf system and the Bluetooth 
device.

•

Put your mini audio shelf system into pairing mode, then refresh your list of 
Bluetooth devices. For more information, see the documentation that came 
with your Bluetooth device.
