PI: DynaSun W110 does not turn on and emits a sound.
A: The friction factor of the product is incorrect.
1. Check if the clothes are too dirty.
2. Window adhesives and films can affect the friction
3. If you clean a window many times, the surface will be slippery.
4. The window surface will become slippery if it is cleaned several times in low humidity environments,
such as air-conditioned rooms.
5. When switching on, press and place the robot 10cm from the frame.
P2: DynaSun W110 slips and cannot reach the upper window frame in
"Auto high and low" mode

2. The window surface has areas with different friction due to adhesives or films. Please use the product
only in one area.
3. The wheel screw may be loose or unscrewed; screw it.
